I searched for a place to ask "technical" questions on the boards here - I have not found a place. So I'll ask my question here - if anybody has other questions - feel free to use this topic. Why do some topics allow a "quick reply", and some not? |

Has anyone been getting this error a lot recently when browsing the forum? I think it might be related to stress on the server in relation to episode releases and downloads - when a lot of people are downloading, it may affect the forum? Yes, I get that more often in the last time. Seems to be related the downloading of episodes and "503". Should we send Mimi some money for getting a higher bandwith? How much does the server cost if I may ask? |

As for the quick reply thing, I think that is the default is off and when we made each forum we didn't turn on it each time. Do people use that a lot? |

I have multiple times during the last couple of weeks. I try a few minutes later and it usually works. Im guessing it a host problem. |

next to the "reply" button there should now be another one. if you use that only a textfield opens for your reply. if you don't intend to include pictures/different fontstyles/videos tgis should be sufficient (and quicker) - just guve it a try. |

hey forum admins.........ie. mimi/amin....... do you guys know whats been going on with the forums lately? that "service is temporarily unavailable" shit is happening all the time now.....before it was once in a while or when a new episode is released, but its happening all the time now.......sometimes taking several reloads to get to a single page.......any idea? |

I've been having the same thing. Something else someone may be able to help me with , on itunes there are only 17 episodes of the podcast available and not the whole back catalogue, which has interupted my relisten.Is there any reason for this and can I download old eps anywhere else? |

Hey crew. Error 503 - HTTP Error 503 Service Unavailable Is happening more and more often. Not only to the boards but also to the webpage. Seems to be a bandwidth issue - and as i can see in the flames: that will be worse when a new episode may come out. Is there anything the listeners could do? |

Ya we need more bandwidth I think - could be that a lot of people are downloading and listening through the old episodes. Perhaps putting them on an alternate (free) hosting site might lessen the load for that, even a little (for the non-itunes, off the website downloads). Though what website would be good? But in general we need more bandwidth but that costs money.. |

yep been getting that error quite a few days this past week or so yo admins, do let us know if the service downtime is related not bandwidth issues, I'll be happy to toss a few dollars your way and I'm sure I'm not the only one
