Sorry for the delay on this one, but here is a summary of where we are at on this:

I have revoked some chapters from people who were contacted in the last round of updates, and given them to the hosts.

After they've had their pick, I have ONE chapter left. First in, best dressed, then I'll open up the next book.

Chapters that are yet to be drawn, but have been claimed:
Chapter 39 - Tyrion V is being drawn by Amin (Red Viper's entrance)
Chapter 78 - Tyrion XI is being drawn by Mimi (Tyrion murdering Tywin)
Chapter 31, Jon IV: The one where Jon climbs the wall (Kyle)
Chapter 32, Jaime IV: The one where Jaime saves Brienne from being raped (mimi)
Chapter 60, Sansa IV: The morning of Joffrey's wedding, where Joffrey chops up the book and Tyrion works out who sent Bran's assassin (Ashley)

I need to double check if this is the only one, but zeyik has claimed Chapter 77 (Jon XI), but hasn't drawn yet. He still gets the benefit of the doubt. Zeyik, draw your picture, PM me, or I may have to give it away.

This is a general good humored post of encouragement for all you slow moving unmotivated folk to get your rears in gear and art it up. All chapters have been claimed for 2 months now and everybody is dragging their feet. We want to move on to the next book, and more importantly we want to see all your lovely creative works come to fruition. I won't say Jess is neglecting her duties (for all I know, she's harping on you all daily but in private), but I thought I would break the silence and offer some hearty, team-spirit-fostering ass slaps, and motivational words to spark some life in these parts. Take a pause from your hectic lives and fiddle about (here's looking at you Kyle) on your pc painting up some digital delights.

For Randyll Tarly, sometime we get to him in a bigger role in AFFC, I think he should be dressed up in gym sweats/PE teacher garb. Based on a post I read online that compared him to a disgruntled PE teacher

The months and years ebb and flow and still art refuses to bloom. It brings a tear to my eye and a twinge to my heart that this project has gone dormant and remained barren for over a year. Glancing back now, I see that my own tumblr hosted pics have disappeared. I'll have to look into this and find a new host for my drawings. The fact remains that certain people (cough, podcast hosts, cough) have forgotten all about this once great institution and neglected their stated commitments. It is my hope that we can conjure up some renewed vim and vigor and finish off "A Storm of Swords", whereby we can move onto "A Feast for Crows", Thus allowing myself and others to once again take up the ms paintbrush and imagine the world anew. What is dead may never die, but rises again, harder and stronger.

ps. Reconsidering this in the harsh morning light, I have realized that perhaps I am the only one who keeps kicking this dead horse and harboring fanciful memories of a bygone era. If things have in fact run their natural course and no one else wants to resurrect what once was, then I will stoically hold my tongue (and drawing cursor) and continue my nostalgic vigil.

sorry pod. After 2 laptop deaths and numerous attempts for pictures to get drawn, I'll admit I gave up. I may have downloaded everything though, I'll check again when I get home.

I will commiserate by confessing to my own fond memories from that bygone era and pledging to draw something should this roadblock ever be resolved.

We already have 3 Red Wedding depictions, so it's not entirely necessary, but I'd still like to see it if you remember what you had in mind and could find some time to do it up.

Of the finished chapters that didn't get uploaded to Deviant Art yet, 2 have outdated broken links.





tsrgis hasn't been to the forums since January 2014. I sent a message, but if they don't respond, we'll be open to someone else redoing this chapter.

I haven't changed my PW image and won't be doing a red wedding: I was all talk and no action ha ha. I'll contribute once the project is up again, and I have a AFFC prologue someone drew in my PMs somewhere, but sadly no time to coordinate any more.
