As you know, the first two paint project books are being edited/produced right now and hopefully out for purchase (a print copy) later this month.

Book 3 is speeding by right now. I thought I would add a portion to cover fan contributions to this one, specifically, write-ups from the fans that we put in there. A write-up anywhere from a couple of sentences to a couple of paragraphs, of what APOIAF means to you (how you got into it, what you like about it, etc, but basically that, what it means to you). We'll select some of them to put in the book.

Should the write ups relate to the art project, or are they about general podcast appreciation?

Either really. They can be posted here.

I'm going to chime in and say under 150, please. They need to be really short, as I'd like to get more than one on a page.

In 2010 during the long night (AKA waiting for Dance With Dragons), I went looking for a place to discuss A Song Of Ice and Fire with people who were serious about the books but not too serious about themselves. One listen to the podcast, and I knew I'd found a place to stay. Serious knowledge, useless knowledge, and dick jokes. But most of all, no one got their panties in a wad if someone got a fact wrong. It was like I was sitting in a friend's living room just talking about Westeros. That's why I'm still House Manwoody in 2013.
