What if Arya and Mycah had not been able to get Nymeria to run away, and she had been killed instead of Lady?
What if Davos had not managed to smuggle Edric Storm away in time, and he had been sacrificed as Melisandre intended?

What if Dolorous Edd had been made Lord Commander of the Night's Watch? (I think we can all agree it would be ridiculously awesome.)

What if Stannis never met Melissandre? What if a shadow baby never killed Renly?

What if Bronn had lost and Tyrion was executed at the Eyrie?

What if Arianne was successful in crowing Myrcella?

What if WhoevertheF Florent had been more cautious at the BlackWater and not sailed the fleet into a trap?

What if Tyrion wasn't kidnapped by Jorah?

Feel free to let me know if any o these have been covered by the way.

This would be a very interesting "what if" because it would completely change the story.

Would Tyrion still be as cunning and intelligent? He relied on these to survive and make himself useful. I am wondering if he was not a dwarf would he still have these attributes.

I've always been a fan of the "what if they could join the watch" scenarios, I believe you've tackled the Eddard one before but what about if some of the following were able to make good on offers/plans to join the watch:
-Theon
-The Blackfish
-Tyrion

What about some people who have done nasty thing being forced to take the black, what effect would they have had on the watch?
-The Mountain after the sack of Kings Landing
-Jaime Lannister after killing The Mad King
-Jon Connington after failing to slay Robert
-Karstark after killing the boy prisoners

Also, obligatory Ironborn question, what if the Kingsmoot went down differently, with Victarion or Asha winning in lieu of Euron. To what extent would Euron let them win and providing he didn't interfere/succeed how would the ironborn progress?

Gahh! My brain cannot deal with this, especially since I'm sure there are some Catelyn/Roose shippers out there ...

What if Catelyn never captured Tyrion?

What if Sansa had married Willas and gone to Highgarden?

What if Catelyn never released Jaime?

What if Robb never married Jeyne?

What if Robb never sent Theon to Pyke?

Basically - where the Starks going to be screwed either way or would any of these things make a difference?

Don't forget, what If Robb had told Edmure about his 'plan' and they caught Tywin in the Westerlands?

I think I can sum it up as - what if the Starks weren't stupid? What if Ned hadn't told Cersei about his plans like an idiot?

What if Cersei and Jaime were allowed to get married like the Targaryens?

What if Joanna hadn't died?

Wow, these are a lot of What Ifs, and we already had a huge list.

And Amin, if you want some gender balance, I know some folks I could ask if they're interested.

We've got a full cast already for this one. But yeah given that there are so many what if's here already I'm sure I'll have plenty of material for a What if Part 4 some time later with a different cast.

What if Aegon the Conqueror didn't have dragons? Or never chose to invade Westeros?

Then he would be Aegon the Couch Potato and not the Conquerer. ;)

What if Brandon the Builder sucked at walls? Or if he chose do dig a ditch instead?

Oh I love the idea of a ditch. 700 feet deep and manned by huge castles standing so high above everything! Honestly that would have been a better design.

But that would have wrecked the tunnels built by the Children of the Forest.

Brandon does as he likes, I guess.

Bit random - what if Lady hadn't been killed? Would Sansa have also developed some warging ability?

What if Sansa had gone with the Hound?

What if Stannis had won Blackwater?

What if Robert hadn't called Cersei Lyanna on their wedding night?/ treated her well? I actually don't think she would have consciously made sure that none of her children were Robert's - yes she and Jaime were sleeping together before, but the reason she was so determined to deny Robert his 'rightful' heirs was because of her injured pride and how she was treated, as well as the fact that Robert was also cuckolding her and publicly humiliating her.

What if Rhaegar had never 'taken' Lyanna?

What if Elia wasn't murdered?

What if Illyrio had not put guards outside Dany's door the night before her wedding to Drogo?
What if Benjen had never taken the black?

Definitely getting a big list here. Maybe it is time for VOK to take a crack at these, since we already have a large list ourselves and will only be able to pick a few of the ones from here on the first go.

If these strike your fancy...

- What if fake!Arya had been real!Arya? How would her imprisonment, trip North and 'marriage' have played out?
- What if Sansa had stayed in KL after the Purple Wedding? Would Tywin have sacrificed his link to Winterfell?

... and I'm out.

The episode has already been recorded. It was a lengthy and chaotic record and will probably take about 10 hours to edit. I don't have the time for it now, so it will be edited and released during September.

We didn't get to a lot of questions as well, so there will have to be another episode sometime in the fall or winter, with some different hosts.

Lengthy and chaotic recording sounds promising so I'm really looking forward to this one. Thank you Amin for your hours and hours of editing. :D
