Today we recorded for an hour, some pretty good stuff, before we found out that due to technical difficulties and some bad luck (we usually have backup recorders going) nothing recorded

Oh no! Does this mean no review of Episode 4? God, I can't imaging having to do it over again - that would drive me crazy.

No worries. I just thought that I scared off Cobradane, makes me feel bad, I didn't mean too.

Looks forward to the podcast, admits to checking out some others and they were alright, but needs the inside jokes and community, y'all are like a trusty pair of jeans now. ;)

Looking forward to the release, I need my weekly dose of ASOIAF-related audio filth. Where else am I gonna get my Manwoody quota? Okay... that didn't come out quite how I intended...

Well....mimi said she felt 'compelled' to work on the edit, not that she actually started it. ;)

Hey Poe to the Pulps, you didn't scare me off. I've made several entries today now that I finally got a little time off.

Okay, okay, I was a little scared off. I am new to this kind of thing and I thought I made some kind of terrible blunder my first time out. I was still out there listening and lurking though. I am pretty well hooked on this interesting phenomena you all have going on here.

I use a Mac laptop and the two wireless carriers available here work only on windows, which I don't have. I can, however, get on line at the Starbucks in Mahbouhla. The only problem is that I only get one day off a week to have any kind of life, and the simple truth is that a lot of us use that time to try and catch up on sleep. That sounds lame when I put it down and then read it back, but that's the way it is here for us.

I'm not sure that this is the right way to get a message to you. I have spent the last few decades in rural Alaska, 12 years of it in very remote areas that were not covered (and still aren't) by any cell phone service or internet coverage. In my last year at Gambell, Alaska they were just getting internet service. I used to sit and watch my friends email each other. I used to wonder "What is the use of this? They're just on the other side of the village. You could walk over there." What I'm trying to say is I got a late start on all this electronic gadgetry and this whole internet world.

I may not get on the internet again until next week some time. If you didn't get this message than I will work on finding the right way to get it to you.

Man, all this Starbucks coffee has got me wired.
