Dan, I didn't hear back about your sister's shirt name so I left it blank, but the rep I spoke to said it takes 7 days for the proofs to be done so if we want to change anything in the next few days we still can. It's just an extra $3.50.

So we ended up with 13 shirts so the price was actually a little cheaper. Total was $461.37 which worked out to $35.49 per shirt.

Here are the proofs from Customink for the shirts.

Since we've got the sleeve print they have to use a different printing style (screen print?) so the logo on the back looks slightly different. Looks like they simplified it and used less shading/colors on the back podcast logo.

Also they said the ink will be a little "thicker" than on last years shirts.

It's not a big deal, just posting it so you all can see it. I still think it looks cool.

I'll hold off on approval until tomorrow.

I am not certain how many copies of the board game we'll need and how many will sign up, so if any of you have the board game and/or AFFC/ADWD, and don't mind if they are used in the tournament, please pack to bring along in case we need it.

Another signed copy of the board game map up for grabs this year. Along with a lot of other stuff that will be in the silent auction or as other prizes: FFG really helped us out this year!

I just checked the directions apparently Mountain Lake Lodge is only 10 hours instead of 14 like last year so maybe I won't leave at 4AM. I'll plan to get in around 2-3. I'm taking I-81 South the whole way, so as long as there is no traffic/construction it will hopefully be uneventful. We shall see...

Personally think the FFG Trivia Game needs some calibration on the questions but I enjoyed it overall.

Werewolf was a blast though.

For Kyle I think it is mainly the distance. If he can get to Columbus, then we can carpool to and from the convention (assuming it will be at the same place next year).

Mimi was quite close to attending in past years, just didn't work out sadly.

Everything I heard suggested the organizers were very happy with Mountain Lake Lodge, so I'd be almost certain it'll be there again. Definitely harder to get people in from out of driving range in, though.

ETA:
We definitely need to muster an archery tag team, if that's on the menu next year.
