Bina007 is visiting Melbourne towards the end of March, so we thought we might try to organise a meetup. The dates she's free are Sat 28 March and Mon 30 March. My preference would be the Monday, but it's whatever's best for everyone.

Eureka seems a little pricey. Little Creatures looks good. Hopefully it's not too loud.

I'd say the noise level is fairly normal. Not too quiet, not too loud.

I don't know if it would be quiet enough for a recording, though.

Lemoncakes look different down under.

It's actually lemon slice, not lemon cake. It's never seen the inside on an oven.

The base is crushed Arrowroot biscuits, desiccated coconut, condensed milk, and lemon rind, pressed into a cake tin, and chilled in the fridge for a few hours. And the icing is lemon juice, icing mixture and butter, with more coconut sprinkled on top.
