God bless you, A-Dan...I vaguely remember getting in a minor Poe fight with you before....but gods bless you, sir... your comments on this most recent episode were nothing but apt and appropriate. Thank you so much.. Also.. to the podcast. except for Ashley, who has nothing but hate and fanfic in her head

I agree. Apoc-Dan was frightfully good. Just layin down the knowledge. I think he knocked it out of the park in this episode. Spitting hot fire, if you will? The rest of the hosts were exellent as well.

I found that I agree most with Ashley, as far as my opinion on the book as a whole goes. There may be some hate and a good amount of fanfic in her head, but also a good amount of sense when evaluating aDwD, I thinks.

Constant revision, review, and discussion of an incomplete narrative can be dangerous. It can also be very, very fun. I think that's what this whole thing is about. As much as I may not agree with Ashley (and I mean, disagreeing on personal enjoyment is pretty silly too), I'm glad to have dissent in the podcast, because it breeds discussion, and therefore entertainment, which is what I'm here for :D

All this silly deep-thought style conversation aside, great podcast, hope the followup is just as good.

I agree. Nice job Dan. I know I wasn't there to drop the knowledge like I usually do, but you did a pretty good job in my absence.

Haha! Nah I sound like a bumbling 2 year old idiot compared to you sir. Nicely done.

No one can replace you, Ser, but if I played Osha to your Theon for a time I may be content with it. As long as I don't have to let Gage feel under my dress. /shudder.

There's some serious man-love goin' on in here. It's quite moving.

When the Manwoody grows strong, something is always moving.

First: You podcasters are great - I found the podcast about 3 months ago and have now heard nearly all epsiodes (in chronological order).

Remarks on Ep62:
General good episode, great guesthosting, not too much shocking lack of knowledge. :)

Just finished A Dance With Dragons. Liked it a lot. Totally agree with Ashley on the lemon cake score though. Pretty much a great big WTF George? However sometimes I forget everyone hasn't been reading these books for over a decade. The Podcast, however, was awesome and lightened my mood somewhat. I just wonder, does George even remember what the hell is going on in his own series or does he just rely on the folks at westeros.org to straighten him out?

Yes. I will be a dissenting opinion in these forums.

Until I'm sent to the wall anyway.

Great podcast. Thanks to the team and Dan for putting the book in perspective (I wasn't too happy after waiting for so long, but it IS still better than most fantasy out there).
