Colorado for me too hence my location text. Don't actually live in the mountains (Boulder) however. xD Sounds like another APOIAF meet-up is in order. In other news, I can't wait for "that guy" to come out of the woodwork and say that he listens to the podcast from Antarctica.

I live right near Boulder.

I live right near Boulder. I love Colorado and visit there as often as I can. Never been to Boulder becuase I usually fly into Denver and head to the mountains. Sounds like the two of you should definitely get together. If either of you are snowboarders (or skiers) maybe I could even see you one of the slopes. Always looking for cool people to hang with when out of town.

I just came by because of Jo's post - I wonder: Where is the one listener located that voted for "OTHER". On the North-Pole? We already know that HRH Queen Elizabeth is sometimes listening on her iPod - but does Santa Clause also listens??

He (or she)'s beyond the Wall, brynden. Now seriously...I really can't see what wouldn't be covered in the other options, but maybe Iceland? (wild guess here)

Iceland would count as "Western Europe" I guess. Good call on the others it could also be an astronaut! The moon? International Spacestation? That would be awesome.

If I was stuck on a space station for months, I would definitely want some good podcasts to pass the time.

I think it's an extraterrestrial... And they think APOIAF is the apex of humankind achievement and over there, the hosts are worshipped as gods. Of course GRRM would be somewhere on the Pantheon too. Also, they frequently argue about which guest hosts should be "canonized" or "raised". Their religious rites would include exchanging racy drawings and organizing competitions to see who has the creakiest door of them all.

One must step over the mantle of the creaking door, don the feathered hat, and recite the three greatest Manwoody theories to gain admittance to worship.

I'm just getting settled in at my new apartment in Daegu, South Korea. Originally, though, I am from the United States.

Oh, I hadn't noticed there were more APOIAF listeners from the Iberian Peninsula. You're right "next door" (well, next country) to me. (I wonder if Portugal also counts as part of the "Dorne" equivalent. )
