Losing track of them all. What are the ones that we came up with? (including the term predictions so that we don't get into the 'what is a theory' debate)

Jaime and Cersei are half siblings (first has Tywin for dad, second has Aerys) - discussed in GNO(3?)

one of the oldest and still one of the ones i'm hoping grrm would include into the books if he ever learns of it:

a member of house manwoody fathered /mothered a child with a summer-islander and ever since that branch of the house is called blackwoody.

Well of course the ever abounding theory - everyone is a secret Targaryen. First brought up in episode 22, but pretty much confirmed in ADWD... after Aegon, I'm willing to bet that somehow even Penny is a secret Targaryen.

Isn't the whole theory that Jaime = Tywin's son but Cersei = Aerys' daughter also from you guys? Or did you take that from Westeros.org?

From episode 36 (Feathered Hat): Jaime gets a boner after acts of violence, ie, he's even harder after throwing Bran out of the window. A theory that doesn't really relate to any other story line, but a good theory nonetheless. :)

The idea that they both might be Targs was not ours first, but the idea that they might have different fathers like that is my idea: I came up with it after reading an real-world article about non-identical twins with different fathers.
