What about the one theory that Hodor had been molested by some guy actually named Hodor as a child, who kept making him say his name, and that's why he can only say "Hodor"? (Or was that theory borrowed from someone else?)

Was it any good? I tried fresh blood oranges for the first time last year, and the experience lowered my opinion of Doran Martell's kindness.

Yeah it wasn't that great. Though I have never been a fan of tea in general, so that doesn't mean much.

Also keep in mind it isn't the blood orange taste itself that is transmitted directly in the blood oranges theory. So Doran is still being considerate. If blood oranges themselves don't taste good, all the more kindness.

I think the heir to the iron islands thoery gets too much shit. It's probably not going to play out that way but it's not the craziest theory. It's possible that Theon knocked up that girl he banged repeatedly.Did they have any kind of protection in Westeros.

Decided to add this one here after it was pointed out to me in the chatbox: there was a marriage alliance between Houses Manderly and Manwoody in the past. :P
(Which is quite interesting, in light of the misspelling of Manwoody as "Mandwoody" that I recently found in the Portuguese translation of A Storm of Swords - obviously the people who translated it are podcast fans. ;) )

George has said that the Nights king and Night King are not the same, but has he ever stated there would not be a leader of the Others? I.E. will there be a Night King type of character?
