Hi y'all , finally finalised the arrangements for my 50th nameday celebration , and of course , you are ALL invited. We are holding it at the Royal Naval Association Social Club, Welwyn Garden City, on the 7th June, 8pm start . It will be a A Song of Ice and Fire themed Fancy Dress Party (or cosplay as I believe the new world calls it) and I'm hoping it will be a lot of fun. If you would like to come , please pm me your postal address and we shall dispatch a raven with the invitation scroll to you forthwith. I understand many of you live many leagues from Welwyn Garden City and wont be able to make it, but I have had an idea so that you mayhaps be represented . We shall be decorating the hall in the Westerosi style ( we shd have a Wall , a Godswood and an Iron Throne if all goes to plan ) and I am going to ask everyone who comes to design their own family sigil on a shield, so these can be hung around the hall similar to the shield hall at castle black, and I thought it would be great if any of you guys who can't make it fancied joining in. Mine will probably be antlers , a pint of Guinness and a football, something like that . So if you fancy having a bit of fun with it and designing your own coat of arms representing your own character and passions , please pm or email it to me , and we shall get them all printed out and displayed around the club, it would be brilliant to have my manwoody chums represented at my party.
