Hi everybody, i hope we can discuss the episode now also here in the "open" part of the forums (or is the spoiler policy still strict?). Otherwise please move the topic... I would give the episode 3.75 lemoncakes. Sometimes it seemed to be a little confusing with everybody talking at once. But overall it was ok, great idea of including the listeners. And i wanted to congratulate you - you all are on the best way to produce more episodes in 2011 (31 + ?) than in the years 2008-2010 (33) together! edit: Ah - and thanks for mentioning me

Wow, I was clearly the black sheep of that recording. Sorry about the poor sound quality, guys! Should I have the opportunity again, I promise to whip out the decent headset and Skype from the computer instead of from my phone with the OEM mic/buds. Regardless, I really enjoyed not only participating in the podcast, but also just having a few people to chat about the books with - an opportunity I rarely have offline. Thanks again for the Brotherhood Without Manners Open Mic Night!

I like listening to myself talk... this may have been evident in the recording.

I just wish I had a better mic. I also hadnt read ADWD in a bit, and my mind was on other things, so it may sound like Im not on there a whole lot. Did get some good zingers though.

Mimi is very small. Luckily so are Mongolian ponies. Hopefully it was also a small tree that fell on her horse, or mongoball.

haha, yeah. our regional VP actually offered me the promotion before i left. i'm a bit nervous and i hope i don't fuck it up. i am acutely aware of how easily corporate nixed the previous manager and administrator of the facility. and here i am, walking around all herp derp with my scrubs inside out and my nametag upside down.

Judging by the awesomeness of aPoIaF I'd say that you are going to do a great job with this new promotion, and if it doesnt take time away from the podcast, I say good luck to you. But if it does take time away from the podcast... very selfish, we podcast fans j/k Good luck!

So it says "WIWI"? I mean, that's kind of fitting, no? Anyway, the best part about promotions is the total shift in the pen-ownership power battle.
