I've lost track... Whats done and what isn't? What's claimed and what isn't?

We are going in order, so the next chapter is Jon VIII. YOu can find summaries on The Tower of the Hand. There's only two left, so jump in quick if you want it!

I don't know that my paint skills allow for "epic" but I'll give Bran VII a go.

I just had a quick look, and I noticed that someone claimed chapter 9, then edited it to say they weren't doing it. I think once the people who owe pictures deliver, we will be able to see the gaps. Some have been claimed by people who haven't come on the forums for months.

I think it is OK to start claiming the earlier ones and moving through if it has been months.

As I'm definitely sure that no one has started this one, I'll claim Tyrion II (Chapter 9)

Do we think there will be enough interest to draw ASOS? I'm really keen, but it looks like interest in this thing has dropped off..

It might not be right away, might have to wait until next season or we get some more new listeners going on this thing, but this will get done. ASOS has the best scenes

Once the Clash of Kings artwork is done I will compose it into a book too and start advertising both books online - that should get new listeners and artists to join the third book project.

Should we just send reminders to all those who have already claimed ones? To see if they have just forgotten because they were busy.

They are scattered trhoughout this thread. The best way to view all of the ones that have been completed is to go to the Podcast of Ice and Fire Facebook page There's a link on the homepage.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm actually waiting until ASOS to jump in since ACOK is almost done and so many have been claimed. Maybe others are thinking the same way?

That said, if we're opening up the old ones I might just jump in.

I'm also waiting for ASOS since I'm much less familiar with ACOK

By the way, is there anyone with a lot of free time on their hands? I am thinking of putting the various chapters up on our deviant art account (another way to catch new listeners), but requires uploading it one by one. If someone wants to do this let me know and I'll set you up on our account.

Once the second book is done I will put both books online on our site store for those that want to order a printed copy of it. The podcast hosts (at least I will, but the other 3 if they want to) will write a special introduction for it as well [maybe some comments on each picture as well if there is enough interest - whether in written form or on one of our podcast episodes I'm not sure yet]

I have some time this weekend, so I'd be happy to give it a red hot go, might be a slow process though.

I'd definitely be ordering a hardcopy book of both, even though I was too late for Book 1. Comments on each of the pictures would be hilarious, could be a great episode to have once the tv series finishes up and we get this book finished. You could use your discussion to open up ASOS, because it seems like there are many lurkers just waiting to start. :p
