As an update, while the forums were down Kyle and I got our own personal tumblr pages. I'm not super active on there but it has more activity than the apoiaf/house manwoody pages. And we both do answer questions on tumblr via the 'ask me' option, one of the best ways to ask us direct questions. I would prefer to answer questions related to the series, TV show, board game etc (anything except personal guest host requests) on there, as it is a public forum where others can see the response. Also does not have to be strictly ASOIAF/GOT related.

So far the deal with House Manwoody is that we'll try to watch for original posts tagged with House Manwoody. We're also planning on setting up a submissions thing and just posting stuff relevant to the podcasts. Also we're open to suggestions about how to run it if you have ideas! Just pm me or post it in this thread.
