I guess I have to find me a LA premiere party instead..... Doh! gutted  I can't step in to host either as I dont get sky atlantic and have to watch it at my sisters. (I was also getting some heat for missing a family birthday that night to attend , so it's probably for the best) Up for the finale/RW whichever works best, shd be around my birthday , early june , sweet. Can you get me a signed pic of Kyle if you get to meet  mmmmm pear brandy ........

Hi Amin, you can make me the host as I think we'll still try and have the original plan of everyone coming over to my house in central London: food cooked from the Feast of Ice and Fire cookbook followed by rewatch of the RW episode and imbibing of insane quantities of Tyroshi pear brandy.

Chaps - the menu I will be preparing for next Saturday:
To drink: Dornish lemonsweet and Tyroshi pear brandy
Starter: leek soup, as served to open the Red wedding with sourdough bread
Main course: beef and bacon pie from the North and cheese and onion pie from Kings Landing
To accompany: buttered carrots and white beans and bacon from Kings Landing
Pudding: lemoncakes from King's Landing and poached pears in red wine from Highgarden
Any of you artistic types (Erinyes!) feel free to bring table dressings and while we are well stocked in wines and spirits, beer drinkers should bring some bevvies!

Well you know my fondness for Sansa! But it's more about making stuff that can be prepared in the morning then baked for the evening rather than everything requiring last minute stove top work!
