Yes that was it. It was to have a broken ladder in the background or otherwise affecting the fall (maybe littlefinger cut a rung of it?) I don't know, but more chaos is a ladder references there and perhaps elsewhere.

While the forums were down, I had a few ideas for inside jokes and podcast references that could be placed in the remaining ASOS chapters. Unfortunately, I didn't jot them down and I don't remember, but if they come back I'll post them here.

In the meanwhile, if you have some interesting ideas for references or even the way to approach a chapter, but you lack the time or art skill to do it, feel free to chat about it here and maybe the artist of the chapter will be inspired by it. There is no requirement to include something when drawing it (unless I request it ) but it may help to glance at this thread (and future threads for later books) before drawing your chapter for potential inspiration and ideas.

One idea is to consider casting and other controversies in the fandom when drawing your chapters EG. No nudity clauses, Ros, casting of the Red Viper etc.

Bonus points to people working in references to podcast theories (anything from pink walder and TV Tormund to the old classics)

I think I had an idea for the Littlefinger pushing Lysa scene, but I can't recall.
I think I had an idea of using the pedobear meme/image to represent Lynn Corbray's ickyness in his chapter with Littlefinger or perhaps an earlier appearance.

I also like meme faces in general. I think trollface was used well in the earlier chapters for Littlefinger and we have had forever alone and others used before, but some others yet to be used, like me gusta. (not that I would want that overused either, just a comment on the nice balance already followed in the first 2 publications.

Linecom was going to use pedobear for Dany I where Jorah gropes and kisses her on the boat, but he hasn't drawn that chapter yet.

Amin, as such an avid advocate and enthusiast of the art projects, you should really bite the bullet and draw one yourself sometime. Yes, there is something to be said for a general who leads from the rear, but the leader who shares in the drinks, battles, follies, and goofy drawings with his troops is truly loved. I don't recall if you've laid out your arguments against participating before, but I'd love to see contributions form the hosts, like Mimi used to do back in the day. I understand that you already put a lot of time and effort into podcast business, but I just thought I'd put out a hopeful entreaty.

I have actually been thinking of drawing at least one sometime this year. You are right that I don't have much time to be involved drawing but I do plan to draw a chapter at some point. Would be nice to have each host contribute at least one chapter throughout the project, Kyle and Mimi have, did Ashley do so already as well?

In particular, ASOS needs some Mimi chibi art, maybe someone running this should PM her

Ashley drew Mord with pimping gold teeth way back in book 1. Amin is the only one not yet to draw.

Question is now how to fit in some Geeky Award references/trophies into a couple of the chapters?

Tyrion uses the geeky laser instead of a crossbow to shoot Tywin?

Thanks for the interest. Usually we don't start until all the chapters for ASOS have been drawn though, and I'll post an announcement when Feast is starting. Keep an eye out once we finish, and claim the prologue if you can. We don't allow pre claims in the interest of fairness, but we do allow negotiations, so if you miss out on the prologue, you could PM the artist and see if a swap is allowed.
