Just to note that I tried to have the collector's edition extended into holiday season, but looks like that isn't happening. So if you want the collector's edition (print copy of AFOS plus extra material) you will have to buy it during the month of October, the only chance to get it. I know I will be ordering my copy for sure, I want to see my work in print

Just a quick question. I heard you mention that the collector's edition will be available on October 1st. I still don't see any listing for it on Amazon. Can we pre-order it anywhere else? Just wanted to make sure I get a copy and I want to order a few for our bookstore too. Thanks.

Apparently there will be no pre-order option. Not sure whether it is an Amazon issue or something else, but as far as I know, Oct 1st will be the first day you can order it and only from Amazon.

Couldn't find this on ToTH but is there going to be a limited number of books printed before 1 Oct or are you going to take the number of orders and then print/distribute? I don't think it will sell out as fast as ComicCon but want to make sure I get one!

Not much more info yet, except that the collector's edition will be available both on Amazon and a personal Amazon estore run by our editor. Apparently if it is purchased through the personal store (for the same price as Amazon), more of the money goes to the creators and authors (Amazon takes less of the profits), so we'll definitely have that link up then.

Again, seems to be only for the month of October with no pre-orders, so very limited chance to purchase this. Which kinda sucks for future fans who get into this and want a copy, but then again I guess that is the point of a collector's edition. I definitely would like to get one for my book shelf

The editor has updated the ebook for those of you that already have a copy - fixed some typos, the table of contents, etc. It should be requesting an update or go to manage your kindle on Amazon to see it.
