We can change it back to white if we want. It will be about a dollar or so cheaper per shirt. Someone had requested color and that's the only color that works with the lemoncake design. Let's just stick with the signup sheet as it is to see how many people want them, then I can change it to white before we pay.

Seriously bummed I missed much of the planning stages here. Because I'd have campaigned hard for V-neck or GTFO (seriously I will want to cut one anyway and that seems like a desecration of sorts.)

All the designs I checked out were pretty expensive if we used more than 3 colors per side, but if you find a place for cheaper please create one and just send us a link to sign-up. I would double-check with Amin first about the design. I like it, but I still think we should have the Podcast logo and Ice and Fire con logo...and lemoncakes. Everything, I want it all.

Yeah, it is a little late to be redesigning the shirt now and in my opinon, the current design seems pretty good to have the official podcast art on the front. Claudius (Greg) has been doing some good work on designing and offering to order the batch and bring to convention. However, I won't be able to purchase one myself, so I'm not going to dictate what the final result has to be. It's not the case that everyone has to wear the same shirt design either, though having a unified design would be ideal.

Sorry, that was me whining about color earlier, I really appreciate you taking the time to figure this all out Greg, and humor all the requests. I think I'm with FTWard though, and prefer the white to the yellow. Anyway, my order is in.

I did get one suggestion from Ashley that may improve things without radically changing it, in regards to this on the front:

She suggested trimming it down to the shield (getting rid of the square), I think that might look better as well, if someone is able to do that to the file and we can take a look (can always add in the text in separately anyway right under on the shirt itself).

I managed to do it with my limited photoshop skills, if someone can do it better please go ahead, but this is what we were thinking for the front of the shirt (add in the rest text for A Podcast of Ice and Fire onto the shirt below it)

Ok. I reworked it on a white shirt with the trimmed down logo and the lettering underneath. Since it is white all of the logos are back in color and I think this looks nicer anyway. I hope everyone is happy with it because I've exhausted the extent of my creative abilities on this.

Does anyone have access to someone with a 3d printer or access to cheap 3d printing? I've been wanting to get blue units done for arryn for the board game for a while (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:151617/#files) but I can't really justify it at the prices that have been cited here. I think 3d printing is cheaper in the US, so thought I'ld check on that to see what the prices were, if it's cheap enough someone could bring it and I'll pay for it at the convention.

You can't buy extra pieces like that. If you loose a single piece or something they will often send you a free replacement, but there is no option to purchase a whole set of extra pieces.

Ok. So the T-shirt sign-up sheet just closed. Looks like we got 7 people and 10 shirts total. So the final price per shirt will be $24.20. I'm waiting on Silvana (silvabury) who just told me she wants a shirt, but the sign-up is closed.

I plan on placing the order on Saturday 5/3. They guarantee delivery to me by Thursday 5/15 so we should be fine.

I'll send out emails to everyone before then. Let me know if you can pay via paypal before as it will offset the total out of pocket for me, but no worries. If you want to just pay me at Ravenwood that is fine.

Ok. I just placed the order for the shirts. I did it over the phone to make sure of the delivery date and the guy who reviewed the order was so excited when he saw the design. He said how he loves GoT, the books, and the show. Said it was the coolest design he's seen in a while. I told him to check out the podcast and forums. So that was cool.

The shirts are going for final approval just to make sure the designs are centered and everything and they guaranteed delivery to me by Wednesday 5/14 at the latest.

The final cost was $24 per shirt.

Just letting everyone know that I do still have space in my suite. A few of the people I was going to room with ended up getting their own accommodations so I can fit an additional 1 or 2 people if anyone wants.
