Episode 95: Christmas Filks
Episode 95 for the week of December 16th, in which the four podcast hosts reunite and discover the true meaning of the holiday season. The singing starts at 59 minutes in, with the debut of the Christmas filks that Ashley, Kyle and our podcast listeners have written and recorded.We cover chapter 26 (Tyrion VI) of A Clash of Kings and are joined briefly by Jed o’white hart, one of our bannermen from across the pond and a major contributor, both lyrics and singing wise, to the Christmas filks project.

Yeah, half of the entire Podcast has been reading A Clash of Kings…hmmmmmmmm. Still listening.

very strange hearing myself on the show! ,didn’t know it was being recorded at the time( about a half hour after the pub shut), this is my excuse for my brain freezing up a couple of times, although it does that when I’m sober too .Feeling good today

awww thanks for the love guys , i’m really chuffed that I managed to raise a few smiles around the globe. As for my mind , it’s filled with guinness a lot of the time , so I suppose that might make it dark with white cream on top, but worth waiting for

Hey guys, GREAT episode. I love that you put out episodes with just two hosts to keep us superfans well-fed, but it’s really nice to get back to the group dynamic with all four hosts. Also, hilarious to see Jed drunk on the show. Did he remind anyone else of Peter Cook? Made me laugh out loud. Also, FYI my name’s pronounced “beena”
and let’s hope the episode shook some more UK based podcast fans out of the tree for our London S3 Premiere Feast of Ice and Fire!

Finally got around to listen also to the first part of the episode (only listened to the songs until today). But first and foremost: Awesome songs and singing, everybody. And especially to Jed: Your voice is made for christmas songs – and I hope your mum has not listened to them
Now to the episode recap: Well done everybody. I have to agree with Ashley and Amin: The question to send ICE back is not a question of giving your opponent a weapon. They have enough weapons, one more would not even matter. Ned did never fight with his two-handed ceremonial sword – it is a symbol. As far as I remember he normally was a one-handed fighter…
